Return Period: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Return:

Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Product damaged during shipping is eligible for return

Wrong size or wrong product sent is eligible for return

For hygiene and safety reasons, used/worn shoes or products cannot be returned

How to Return:

Email us at support@aadiltraders.com with your order number and reason

We will provide you return instructions within 24 hours

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless product was damaged/wrong by us

Refund Process:

Once we receive and check the returned product, refund will be issued within 5-7 business days

Refund will go to your original payment method

Shipping cost is non-refundable
